Delete your account
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains how to delete your Pages For Pros account and the data held with it. It applies to the web app at app.pagesforpros.com and to the Pages For Pros Android app (com.pagesforpros.mobile), which share one account.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@pagesforpros.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the account email and the company name so we can find the right records.
We reply within 5 business days to confirm the request came from you. We ask for that confirmation because deletion cannot be undone, and because an account often holds a business's live customer and job records.
What is deleted
Once the request is confirmed, we delete:
- Your sign-in credentials and profile — name, email address, phone number
- Customer records you created, including their names, addresses and contact details
- Jobs, appointments, quotes and estimates
- Photos and videos attached to jobs
- Text messages and in-app messages, and their history
- Call logs, call recordings and transcripts
- Push notification tokens for any device you signed in on
- Your website content, branding and settings
What we keep, and why
- Invoices, payments and tax records. Financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in the United States is generally seven years. They are retained for that purpose alone and are not used to contact anyone.
- Anything a law or an active legal claim requires us to hold.
- Anonymised statistics. Aggregate counts that cannot identify you or your customers may remain in our reporting.
How long it takes
Access to the account ends as soon as the request is confirmed. Deletion or anonymisation of the data listed above completes within 90 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you were invited to a company's account
Technicians and office staff are invited into an account owned by the business they work for. If that is you, we delete your login and your personal profile on request, and you lose access immediately. The customer records, jobs and invoices belong to that business rather than to you, so they stay with the business — ask the account owner if you need those removed as well.
Questions
Email privacy@pagesforpros.com and we will answer any question about this process before you commit to it.
