Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

PagesForPros reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PAGESFORPROS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. PagesForPros is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAGESFORPROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
